Este documento ofrece información general para PriceClean Pro y no sustituye asesoría jurídica profesional.
1. Aceptación y edad
Al crear una cuenta o comprar una suscripción aceptas estos términos. Debes tener al menos 18 años y capacidad para celebrar un acuerdo.
2. Servicio
PriceClean Pro ayuda a negocios de limpieza a calcular, preparar, guardar y compartir cotizaciones y organizar registros. Los resultados dependen de los datos introducidos y no constituyen asesoría legal, fiscal, contable, de seguros ni de fijación profesional de precios.
3. Cuenta y contenido
Eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta, de la exactitud de tus datos y de contar con permiso para procesar información de clientes y subir logotipos u otros contenidos. Conservas la propiedad de tu contenido y nos autorizas de forma limitada a procesarlo para operar el servicio.
4. Planes gratuitos y pagos
El plan gratuito permite hasta tres cotizaciones guardadas sin tarjeta. Los planes pagos se renuevan mensual o anualmente al precio mostrado antes de pagar, hasta su cancelación. El precio promocional de fundadoras se limita a compradoras iniciales elegibles y queda sujeto a las condiciones mostradas al comprar.
5. Uso permitido
No utilices el servicio ilegalmente, accedas a datos de otra usuaria, cargues contenido dañino, interfieras con la seguridad, revendas el acceso sin autorización ni uses el servicio para engañar a clientes.
6. Disponibilidad y cambios
Trabajamos para mantener el servicio disponible, pero no garantizamos funcionamiento ininterrumpido. Podemos mejorar, proteger, suspender o retirar funciones, avisando razonablemente cuando sea posible.
7. Cancelación y reembolsos
Puedes cancelar en línea mediante el portal de facturación de Stripe. La Política de cancelaciones y reembolsos forma parte de estos términos.
8. Responsabilidad
El servicio se ofrece “tal cual” dentro de lo permitido por la ley. PriceClean Pro no responde por decisiones comerciales, aceptación de cotizaciones, pagos de clientes, lucro cesante ni daños indirectos derivados de información introducida por la usuaria. La responsabilidad no excederá las tarifas pagadas durante los tres meses anteriores al reclamo, salvo donde la ley prohíba esa limitación.
9. Suspensión y normas aplicables
Podemos suspender cuentas utilizadas ilegalmente o con incumplimiento importante. Se aplicarán las leyes federales y estatales correspondientes de Estados Unidos; nada renuncia derechos que legalmente no puedan renunciarse.

Terms of Use
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. Service
PriceClean Pro helps cleaning businesses calculate, prepare, store, and share quotes and organize business records. Results depend on the information you enter and are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or professional pricing advice.
3. Accounts and content
You are responsible for your account activity, the accuracy of your information, and having permission to process customer data and upload logos or other content. You retain ownership of your content and grant us the limited right to process it to operate the service.
4. Free and paid plans
The free plan permits up to three saved quotes without a card. Paid plans renew monthly or annually at the price shown before checkout until canceled. Promotional founders pricing is limited to eligible early purchasers and remains subject to the checkout terms shown at purchase.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, access another user's data, upload malicious material, interfere with security, resell access without permission, or use the service to deceive customers.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve, secure, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel online through the Stripe billing portal. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. PriceClean Pro is not responsible for business decisions, quote acceptance, customer payments, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from user-entered information. Liability will not exceed fees paid for the service during the three months before the claim, except where law prohibits that limitation.
9. Termination and governing rules
We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in material breach. Applicable United States federal and state laws remain controlling; nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
